The project was intended to encourage young people to enter the job market. It was held in 6 cities in Romania - Bucharest, Brașov, Sibiu, Galați, Târgu-Jiu and Miercurea Ciuc, with over 5000 participants and 400 media appearances. The speakers were big names from the music industry: Vlad Irimia, Smiley, Horia Brenciu, Tudor Chirilă, Dorian Boguță and Adrian Despot who discussed their first jobs. The project is the winner of the BEST Employer Branding for Contact Center - Romanian Contact Center Awards, so we consider that the promotion was on point.
